Your future responsibilities include:
- strengthening customer relationships and strategically expanding the market share of our upgrade solutions as part of our lifecycle strategy
- providing independent, expert advice to our customers and global branches to develop solutions tailored to their specific needs for existing BHS corrugated board lines, with the aim of extending service life (“obsolescence”) and improving performance
- providing on-site support to the BHS sales team as a technical sales professional in direct contact with customers for custom solutions; independently conducting negotiations with our customers in coordination with regional sales managers and branch offices
- independently preparing quotes and expansion plans for our standard and custom products
- clarifying special inquiries that go beyond the existing standard product portfolio, in collaboration with the Engineering and Production Planning department
- actively participating in the optimization of our processes, particularly in quotation preparation and order processing, as well as through interfaces with other related areas of the process chain (upgrades)
Your professional and personal profile:
- you hold a degree in a technical field, preferably in mechanical engineering or industrial engineering
- alternatively, you have completed relevant vocational training, supplemented by advanced technical training
- experience in industrial plant engineering
- you are characterized by clear and persuasive communication skills and the ability to work well in a team, in addition to a structured and consistent approach to your work
- proficiency in commonly used MS Office programs and very good English skills
- willingness to travel to our customers and branches within your assigned sales territory
