Your future responsibilities include:

  • active sales of lifecycle products and solutions based on market and competitive analyses, customer segmentation and potential, along with the associated increase in contract and solution business, customer retention and market share in the spare parts sector
  • achievement of corporate, business unit and departmental objectives, particularly with a focus on profitable growth
  • supporting the global sales and service organization in developing customer-oriented solutions.
  • advising and assisting BHS subsidiaries in the sales and marketing of spare parts products, contract solutions and technical innovations
  • calculation and necessary correspondence related to spare parts and solution offers, follow-ups and contract controlling.
  • regular customer visits to enhance customer retention at the plant and account level by providing consultation on new solutions, products and general spare parts business
  • collecting and analyzing market and customer information.
  • ensuring BHS quality standards and improving operational excellence and process efficiency to enhance customer satisfaction and profitability

 

 

Your professional and personal profile:

  • completed degree in business administration or successfully completed commercial training
  • several years of experience in international sales or after-sales management, ideally in a technical environment
  • strong business acumen, entrepreneurial mindset and strategic orientation
  • understanding of technical processes and interrelations
  • analytical thinking and structured working approach
  • clear and persuasive communication and presentation skills, as well as strong teamwork abilities
  • proficient in common MS Office programs and excellent English skills
  • high flexibility, resilience, and willingness to travel to our customers and subsidiaries
  • intercultural competence and experience in international collaboration
