Your future responsibilities include:

  • administration and further development of IT infrastructure systems for customer systems in the OT environment (Operational Technology)

  • support and management of virtual infrastructures, on-premises (Proxmox, VMware) and cloud (AWS)

  • administration of Linux systems

  • experience in dealing with configuration management (Puppet) is an advantage

  • maintenance and management of the IT infrastructure within production facilities

  • administration of network components

  • processing incidents, service requests and changes as part of our standard IT processes

  • assumption of an attractively remunerated on-call duty in a rolling system

 

 

Your professional and personal profile:

  • successfully completed apprenticeship / studies in the IT sector or comparable qualification

  • several years of experience in the field of IT infrastructure desirable

  • overview of current trends in the security, data centre and IT infrastructure environment

  • experience in virtualisation, administration of Linux and Windows systems

  • scripting knowledge (Bash, PowerShell, Python) an advantage

  • high level of initiative, goal-orientated and structured approach

  • open communication style and very good written and spoken German and English skills
