Software Developer/Technical Lead for international Development Hubs (m/f/x)

Your future responsibilites include:
- establishment and expansion of international software development hubs (e.g., Shanghai, Malaga, etc.), in particular technical support in recruiting, organisational development and internal communication (both remotely and occasionally on site)
- definition of working packages for comprehensive processing at the respective hubs with subsequent evaluation and approval
- development of new software products in context of automation, data management and control system of the corrugator and the boxplant
- documentation of processes and workflow, functional dependencies with APT tooling
- support for the definition and implementation of new system and software architectures
- support for the introduction of agile software development and deployment processes
- establishment of new methods for software development
- development of backend and frontend solutions of our control systems and machine visualizations
- creation and updating training material for internal and external users
- development and evaluation of technical realizations of software products and/or their extensions
Your professional and personal profile:
- successfully completed university education or apprenticeship in computer science, engineering or a comparable technical field
- comprehensive knowledge of application development in .NET/C# (.NET Framework/Core, WPF)
- professional handling of commonly used software development tools (e.g. Visual Studio, GIT, GitHub)
- comprehensive knowledge in planning, organizing and conducting the technical part of software projects
- experience in working with intercultural teams
- knowledge in the field of relational databases (SQL) is desired
- knowledge in communication technologies in the context of factory automation (e.g. OPC UA, MQTT) as well as virtualization/containerization (e.g. Docker) is a plus
- self-reliant, structured working methods and motivation for continuous personal development
- willingness to integrate into the development team and contribute to an effective cooperation
- professional communication skills in German and English
- availability for business trips (especially to the dedicated BHS development hub offices)
