Your future responsibilities include:
- implementation and coordination of service tasks on digital printing machines worldwide
- responsibility for helpdesk and remote service tasks, among other duties
- implementation and coordination of troubleshooting on digital printing machines with feedback to development, design, and production
- consulting and supporting our customers, BHS representatives, and subsidiaries (RMOs) in terms of machinery and process technology
- active participation in the further development of our service process
- perspective recruitment, leadership, and development/building of a technician team
Your professional and personal profile:
- completed advanced training as a certified electrical technician or master electrician (m/f/x) or equivalent qualification
- programming skills in Siemens S7, TIA Portal (SCL), drive and control technology are desirable
- knowledge of E-Plan and Bosch Rexroth IndraWorks DS is an advantage
- strong technical understanding and analytical thinking skills
- high customer orientation and communication skills
- organizational talent, communication, and teamwork abilities
- independent and responsible working style
- willingness to travel domestically and internationally (80+ days)
- flexibility and willingness for 24/7 hotline duty
