Your future responsibilities include:
- translating the corporate and business unit strategy into business models, programmes and products
- achieving corporate, business unit and departmental targets, particularly with regard to profitable growth
- increasing customer loyalty by developing and expanding lifecycle products and solutions on the basis of market and competition analyses, customer segmentation, etc.
- finding and developing new contractual solutions and business models in the BHS spare parts business (commercial focus)
- ensuring global applicability and coordination/management of local adaptations and roll-outs in cooperation with the global Lifecycle Products organisation and internal departments
- further development, consulting, support and management of the BHS and partner subsidiaries with regard to the product management strategy and associated business ideas, programmes and products
- ensuring BHS quality standards and improving operational excellence and process efficiency to increase customer satisfaction and profitability
- regular customer visits to identify customer needs and secure the sale of new solutions
Your professional and personal profile:
- successfully completed studies in economics, business administration or industrial engineering with a commercial focus or comparable qualification with relevant professional experience
- several years of professional experience in international sales or after-sales management, ideally in a technical environment or in distance and online trading models
- strong business knowledge and experience in the development of business models
- strong entrepreneurial thinking and strategic orientation
- very good communication and presentation skills
- analytical mindset and structured way of working
- intercultural competence and experience in international cooperation
- experience in managing complex projects
- understanding of technical contexts and processes
