Your future responsibilities include:
- technical and disciplinary management of the Corporate IT Cybersecurity and Plant IT Security teams
- overall responsibility for the operation and continuous development of BHS's global security infrastructures and IT security solutions for our customer products
- ensuring the technical and commercial success of cybersecurity projects
- establishment and operation of a modern, hybrid Security Operations Centre (SOC)
- contributing to the development of long-term security strategies in close cooperation with our Information Security Officer
Your professional and personal profile:
- several years of relevant professional experience in the field of IT cybersecurity, ideally with management responsibility
- in-depth knowledge of current security trends and technologies in the area of network security, including firewall, WAF, XDR and vulnerability management
- experience in the management and architecture of security solutions (cloud and on-premise)
- ideally, you have relevant certifications in cybersecurity
- high level of initiative as well as a goal-oriented and structured way of working
- very good written and spoken English skills
