Your future responsibilities include:

  • monitoring and financial management of the Lifecycle Business Unit and its international units
  • acting as a sounding board for management and functional departments
  • preparing reports, forecasts, and management analyses
  • analyzing and commenting on monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and deriving recommendations for action
  • preparing and facilitating business reviews
  • supporting the translation of strategy into budgets and operational goals
  • further developing reporting, controlling, and planning processes
  • supporting the digitization and automation of finance processes

 

 

Your professional and personal profile:

  • bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or controlling
  • several years of experience in controlling or finance business partnering
  • strong analytical skills and a affinity for numbers
  • experience with BI tools (e.g., Power BI) is desirable
  • ability to present complex issues in an understandable way
  • proactive, structured, and solution-oriented approach to work
  • strong communication skills and confidence when interacting with management
