Your future responsibilities include:

  • support in the technical implementation of SuccessFactors and ongoing maintenance together with an experienced international team
  • analysis, design, implementation, and continuous development & digitalization in the HR area - specifically of SAP SuccessFactors & SAP HCM
  • management of SAP SuccessFactors system administration
  • further development of our HR-IT landscape
  • continuous monitoring and ensuring the quality of the implemented solutions
  • global and effective communication with all stakeholders to ensure the successful completion of the project
  • design and management of specific processes and optimization of future-proof HR processes
  • user support for the business departments

 

 

Your professional and personal profile:

  • completed studies in economics/computer science or a comparable professional education
  • several years of relevant experience in the area of SuccessFactors or HCM
  • successful implementation and technical support of an SAP SuccessFactors or HCM project is desirable
  • strong understanding of HR processes, process optimization, and the associated system architecture
  • high willingness to learn, determination, flexibility, and team spirit
  • willingness to independently design, structure, analyze, and drive topics forward
  • excellent communication skills in German and English
  • interest in new IT/SAP technologies and openness to continuous learning
