Your future responsibilities include:

  • providing SAP HCM support for our German colleagues
  • analysis, design, implementation, and ongoing development and digitization in the HR field—particularly in the areas of SAP SuccessFactors and SAP HCM 
  • ssisting with the technical implementation of SuccessFactors and providing ongoing support in collaboration with an experienced international team 
  • handling SAP SuccessFactors system administration
  • further development of our HR IT landscape 
  • continuously monitoring and ensuring the quality of the implemented solutions 
  • effective communication with all stakeholders 
  • designing and managing specific workflows and optimizing future-proof HR processes 
  • understanding the entire system landscape as well as data flows from HR platforms (SF-HCM) to all target systems (e.g., SAP FICO S4, CRM, FSM...)
  • providing user support for business departments regarding SAP HCM & SuccessFactors 

 

 

Your professional and personal profile:

  • bachelor’s degree in economics or computer science, or comparable professional training
  • several years of relevant professional experience in a similar role
  • in-depth knowledge of SAP HCM—specifically the PT, PY, or OM modules
  • initial experience with SuccessFactors is desirable
  • strong understanding of HR processes, process optimization, and the associated system architecture
  • strong willingness to learn, determination, flexibility, and team spirit
  • willingness to independently organize, structure, analyze, and drive projects forward
  • excellent communication skills in German and English
  • interest in new SAP HR technologies and openness to continuous learning
