Your future responsibilities include:
- Proactive, systematic management of the "corrugating rolls" product group including associated services along the entire life cycle
- Implementation and translation of the corporate and business unit strategy
- Responsibility for the global portfolio of the corrugating rolls product group
- Development, elaboration and management of innovative business models, strategies and solutions based on customer requirements (intelligent parts supply, process automation, predictive solutions, etc.) and technological trends
- Optimization and standardization of business processes to increase customer satisfaction
- Implementation of market analyses as well as marketing and sales strategies
- Management and implementation of product development projects as well as consulting and support for customers, branches and departments
Your professional and personal profile:
- Degree in engineering, industrial engineering, economics or comparable training with relevant professional experience
- Many years of experience in product or project management in mechanical engineering, ideally in the paper or packaging industry and in connection with digital technologies
- Entrepreneurial thinking and acting, results orientation as well as strong implementation and negotiation skills
- "Hands-on mentality combined with analytical skills and a problem-solving approach
- Social skills, strong communication skills and convincing personal appearance
- Very good command of written and spoken English
- Flexibility, willingness to travel worldwide (approx. 20-35%)
