Your responsibilities includes:

  • Machine Operation:
  • Operate sandblasting, coating, and polishing machines with precision.
  • Independently run and manage the high-velocity oxy-fuel (HVOF) coating machine.
  •  Ensure all machines are operating at required speed and process parameters.
  • Quality Control:
  • Maintain high standards of quality in all machining processes.
  • Inspect and verify the quality of tungsten carbide coatings on steel rolls.
  • Adhere to all quality assurance protocols and ISO standards.
  • Process Adherence
  • Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and work instructions meticulously.
  • Maintain accurate records of process parameters and production data.
  • Total Productive Maintenance (TPM):
  • Conduct routine maintenance and troubleshooting of machines.
  • Implement TPM practices to ensure minimal downtime and maximum efficiency.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
  • 5S Implementation:
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment according to 5S principles.
  • Ensure all tools and materials are properly stored and labeled.
  • Safety and Compliance:
  • Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations
  • Communication:
  • Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.
  • Report any issues or concerns promptly to the production manager.
  • Training and Development:
  • Participate in training programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
  • Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technological advancements.


 

Your proffesional and personal profiles:

  •  High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification in machining or related field preferred.

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a machining or manufacturing environment, preferably in the turbine industry.

  • Proficient in operating sandblasting, coating, and polishing machines.

  • Expertise in high-velocity oxy-fuel (HVOF) coating techniques on machined components.

  • Strong understanding of total productive maintenance (TPM) and 5S principles.

  • Familiarity with ISO systems and quality assurance protocols.

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

  • Good eyesight and attention to detail.

  • Strong problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  •   High level of integrity and work ethic.
