Product Manager Upgrades (m/f/x)

Your future responsibilities include:

  • proactive, systematic management of the product line upgrades with a focus on "resource savings & safety" along the entire life cycle of a corrugator

  • responsibility for the mentioned product portfolio incl. control and execution / influencing sales, margins and costs per product (-groups)

  • increasing and digitalising the contract business

  • expanding and ensuring customer satisfaction

  • developing business models and strategies as well as solutions, services and products, particularly in the area of contract solutions for upgrades for corrugators

  • implementing market analyses, development projects and marketing and sales strategies

  • optimisation and standardisation of business processes to increase efficiency

  • consulting and support for customers, global subsidiaries and internal departments

  • comprehensive, long-term orientated training with a mentoring system

 

 

Your professional and personal profile:

  • completed studies in the field of engineering, industrial engineering, economics or comparable training with relevant professional experience

  • experience in product- or project management in mechanical engineering, ideally in the paper or packaging industry

  • entrepreneurial thinking, results-orientation and strong implementation skills

  • "Hands-on mentality" combined with analytical skills and a problem-solving approach

  • social skills, strong communication skills and a convincing personal appearance

  • very good written and spoken English skills

  • flexibility, willingness to travel worldwide
