Your future responsibilities include
- Designing, developing, and maintaining the global BHS Design System in Figma
- Creating and managing reusable foundations, components, and libraries to ensure consistent design across all software products
- Conducting usability tests, user research, and feedback analysis to continuously improve the design system
- Design wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and mockups for applications in an industrial Software-Environment
- Ensuring the design system applies globally to all BHS software solutions, including HMI-, SCADA-, web-based solutions, and native apps
- Working closely with developers to link components with code, including mapping React properties
- Partnering with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to drive the strategic development of the design system
Your professional and personal profile
- Several years of professional UX/UI design experience in an agency, tech- or industrial company
- Strong portfolio showcasing UX/UI projects across multiple platforms (web, mobile, etc.)
- Proficiency in the design and prototyping tool Figma
- Familiarity with front-end development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React) is a plus
- Rebranding experience a plus
- Effective English communication skills, both written and verbal - German is a plus but not required
