Lead Software Engineer C# (m/f/x) - Malaga

Your future responsibilities include

  • Lead the development of the next generation of plant-level software systems for the corrugated industry 

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features 

  • Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications 

  • Maintain code quality, organization, and automation 

  • Define and manage rollout strategies for new features and system updates 

  • Stay up to date with industry trends and technologies to ensure our solutions are cutting-edge 

  • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior developers 

 

 

Your professional and personal profile

  • Bachelor's or Master ‘s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field is preferred 

  • Proven experience as a Lead Developer or similar role in software development 

  • Strong proficiency in SCADA / MES software or related technologies 

  • Experience with industrial automation and control systems 

  • Proficiency in object oriented programming, especially with C#  

  • Deep understanding of communication protocols and APIs used in industrial systems 

  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills 

  • Fluent English and Spanish are mandatory. German language skills are a plus, but not required 

  • Experience in working with German companies is a plus
