Your future responsibilities include
- Lead the design, development, and maintenance of cloud-based software solutions
- Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to define project requirements and deliverables
- Ensure the scalability, reliability, and security of cloud applications
- Mentor and guide junior developers, promoting best practices and continuous improvement
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to drive innovation
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to the overall quality of the codebase
Your professional and personal profile
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field is preferred
- Proven experience as a Lead Developer or similar role in cloud software development
- Strong proficiency in the AWS cloud platform
- Experience with containerization and orchestration technologies like Docker and Kubernetes
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, C#, or JavaScript
- Deep understanding of microservices architecture and APIs
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Fluent English and Spanish are mandatory. German language skills are a plus, but not required
- Experience in working with German companies is a plus
