Your future responsibilities include:
- collaboration on the e-commerce strategy in the lifecycle area
- technical leadership of interdisciplinary teams
- development and specification of e-commerce features and solutions
- customer training and consulting regarding e-commerce solutions
- reporting and documenting our e-commerce solutions and organising training courses
- ensuring and improving data and content quality
- organization and execution of onsite and offsite marketing activities
- conducting market and competitive analyses
- supporting internal departments, as well as global and regional service and sales organizations in the development, implementation, and sales of our e-commerce solutions
- organization and controlling of e-commerce projects
Your professional and personal profile:
- completed degree or comparable education with relevant professional experience in the field of e-commerce
- several years of experience with e-commerce solutions and their support, as well as requirement management for their new and further developments
- project management competence in an agile environment
- strategic thinking and entrepreneurial action combined with results orientation and implementation strength
- self-responsible and independent action with a high degree of teamwork
- openness to new ideas, high social competence, and strong communication skills for dialogue with customers and colleagues
- excellent written and spoken English skills, flexibility, and willingness to travel
