Your future responsibilities include:
- leadership & management of the Upgrades department at Hütten as an efficient, flexible and professional process organization
- implementation of the corporate and business unit strategy
- responsibility for product and department results (sales and profit responsibility of the profit center)
- employee management and development, increasing staff qualifications and efficiency, developing new talents
- ensuring operational excellence and customer satisfaction in the global Upgrades business
- Business development & product management, supporting active sales and marketing of upgrades
- Profitable expansion of the global Upgrades business, increasing customer loyalty and expanding contract solutions
- ensuring and optimizing the Upgrades Supply Chain - Logistics & Assembly (indoor assembly, test center), taking into account compliance with occupational safety and environmental protection regulations
- ensuring and optimizing the Upgrades Project Care - installation and commissioning worldwide
- intensive collaboration with divisional management and internal departments
- fostering decentralization, cooperation with BHS branches and partners, service providers, suppliers
Your professional and personal profile:
- degree in business administration / management, industrial engineering or comparable training with relevant professional experience
- profound and verifiable management experience, also in process and matrix organizations
- experience in managing profit centers with profit and cost responsibility
- entrepreneurial thinking and action, results orientation and strong implementation skills
- "hands-on mentality" combined with analytical skills and a problem-solving approach
- social skills, very strong communication skills and convincing personal appearance
- very good command of written and spoken English
- flexibility and willingness to travel worldwide (approx. 20%)
