Your future responsibilities include:

  • leadership & management of the Upgrades department at Hütten as an efficient, flexible and professional process organization
  • implementation of the corporate and business unit strategy
  • responsibility for product and department results (sales and profit responsibility of the profit center)
  • employee management and development, increasing staff qualifications and efficiency, developing new talents
  • ensuring operational excellence and customer satisfaction in the global Upgrades business 
  • Business development & product management, supporting active sales and marketing of upgrades
  • Profitable expansion of the global Upgrades business, increasing customer loyalty and expanding contract solutions
  • ensuring and optimizing the Upgrades Supply Chain - Logistics & Assembly (indoor assembly, test center), taking into account compliance with occupational safety and environmental protection regulations
  • ensuring and optimizing the Upgrades Project Care - installation and commissioning worldwide
  • intensive collaboration with divisional management and internal departments
  • fostering decentralization, cooperation with BHS branches and partners, service providers, suppliers

 

 

Your professional and personal profile:

 

  • degree in business administration / management, industrial engineering or comparable training with relevant professional experience
  • profound and verifiable management experience, also in process and matrix organizations
  • experience in managing profit centers with profit and cost responsibility
  • entrepreneurial thinking and action, results orientation and strong implementation skills
  • "hands-on mentality" combined with analytical skills and a problem-solving approach
  • social skills, very strong communication skills and convincing personal appearance
  • very good command of written and spoken English
  • flexibility and willingness to travel worldwide (approx. 20%)
